- Spearheaded multiple launches for Freshworks’ CX suite of products. Led the launch of Freddy AI, where I executed the go-to-market plan, trained internal sales teams, guided marketing campaigns, and boosted product adoption - helping achieve $2.3M in revenue within 3 months of launch.
- Led an ‘Expansion’ pod that crafted upsell strategies and sales plays for existing customers. Ran multiple targeted expansion campaigns in H1 2024 that generated 350+ high-intent leads for our AI add-ons.
- Offered deal-level support to Sales for retaining our biggest account globally (Multichoice - $980K MRR) and winning new deals across EU, APMEA, and NA regions.
- Enabled sales with marketing assets and sales plays for our CX suite of products that generate $300M+ in annual revenue. Worked on competitive intel to help Sales win more deals in head-to-head situations against other players in the market.
